Milan's Story
Right out of school, I spent the first 6 months in active duty with the Army and then home to the Illinois National Guard. I was in retail and restaurant management for years. I went to work at JC Penney's in the auto center. I managed it for 7 years after working there as a salesman. I loved it but Penney's decided to get out of the hardlines business. went to work selling auto parts. I was in sales management for 15 years selling parts to part store all over Central Illinois. I left there to sell crash parts and supplies to body shops in the same area I had been selling parts. I retired in August of 2008. I've kept active in supporting a new web site for the class of 1963. More fun than I have had in years. Get involved, folks.
