Life
I was at Greenland elem 1946 thru 1952. My two sisters Joyce and Nancy Douglass went there also....Nancy is deceased in 1980 and Joyce now lives in Macon Ga, I live in Jacksonville Fl. s transfered to Atlanta Ga for 6 years. I retired for 2 years in 99 and went back to work in 2001 as a vpk teacher.
My most remembered childhool memory was at 15 when we moved from Greenland NH to Jacksonville FLorida and I first saw Palm trees on Beach Blvd in Jax. It was in December 1955 and we went swimming at the beach there, it was 75 degrees in december.
