Mindy's Story
Life
After I graduated from Montague High School, I attended North Central Bible College in Minneapolis. I met my husband, Mark, there, and we married in 1993. We graduated the following year with a degree in Cross Cultural Ministries. We took our first job in Trenton, MO. Mark was the youth pastor at a church there while I was a parapro at a local preschool. Our daughter, Emily, was born in 1996. We moved back to Michigan in 1997 to pastor a small church...Expand for more
in Lake City. While living there, our son Benjamin was born in 1998, our twin sons, Jonathan and Elijah, in 2000 (Elijah passed away shortly after birth), and our son, Andrew, in 2003. We left Lake City at the end of 2003 to take our current church, First Assembly of God, in Ionia, Michigan. We bought our first home there and live with our four kids, two dogs, and cat. I teach piano lessons and keep busy with church, community choir, and of course, kids.
