Mindy's Story
I am happily married to my best friend Jon. We have two great kids. Marcus is 9 and Alexandria is 2. Jon is in the Army and we move quite often. I really love the army life and don't mind moving. We have gotten to see a lot of great places thanks to the army. We were in Germany for four years and loved it there. Unfortuantely for Jon he spent a year of that time in Iraq. Marcus went to a German kindergarten and even played soccer with the kids. I really wished I had taken German instead of Russian. It was an amazing four years. I am lucky enough to be able to stay home with my kids. I love being a mom it is really all I ever wanted to do. I am also really into exercise. I spend a lot of time at the gym. I took up spinning about a year ago and love it. I am currently injured and can't run or cycle so I am going crazy. A few more weeks and I should back in the gym. I can't wait.
Life for me is great and I feel very blessed. Not much seems to be the way I had envisioned it but it is, oh, so much better.
