Missy's Story
I grew up in the small, but beautiful town of Chelan, WA so I consider myself a small town girl. I married my high school sweet heart and we have now been together for 11 years, married for 7. We lived in San Diego while Darren was in the Marines and it has got to be the most beautiful city in the world. I miss the city and the speed of life that comes with it. My husband served 4 years in the United States Marines and was deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. My husband is my rock and I thank him for loving me unconditionally. with our first little angel, Brooklynn Grace on Veteran's Day 2004 and it couldn't have happened on a more perfect day. She is the light of our lives and is truley a miracle from God! Being a mother is the most rewarding thing I have ever done and I can't wait to do it again and again. I love my husband and daughter more than I've ever loved myself. I have the most amazing friends any one could ask for and my only wish is that we all lived closer. I love my friends and family more than anything and I would do anything for them. I've come to realize that life is too short to dwell on the past, live for today...not tomorrow!.
