Misty's Story

Life Gosh - does time fly once you graduate from HS!!! I graduated from college in 1998 with a BA in English/Communications and Minors in Psychology, Sociology, and Photography. I just accepted a position as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing - and my husband and I are in the midst of negotiating with investors to build our own hotel - a Hilton property. I have 3 beautiful children - a 9 year old girl, 7 year old boy, and 3 year old girl. We are still living in Kentucky - where I graduated from college. A small town girl is always a small town girl at heart - we live in an old farm house built in the 1800's that sits atop a hill overlooking the rolling hills of Kentucky. Life couldn't be better! HS would be driving around in Pea Green with Amber, Kira, Stacie, Matt, Phil, Oman, and the rest of the gang! Good times!!! My funniest/craziest memory is when Stacie Buckmaster and I toasted screw drivers before what I believe was our last home game as Seniors! What a game!!! LOL College I don't remember much of college - between the partying, studying/cram sessions - it's all kind of a blur. But my best memory for certain is walking across that stage and getting my diploma! Mom and Dad sure were right - a college degree makes everything easier - and pay a lot higher!!!
