Misty's Story
My life isn't anything spectacular. I married my high school sweetheart, had four kids (2 girls and 2 boys), went to college part time sporadically for a long time, and settled down as my family expected. After living in Arizona for almost my entire life, I bravely moved on with my life and broke away from my family. I moved with my husband and kids to Texas where I am finally, after 14 years of taking sporadic and part time classes finally almost finished with my degree. know I am going to ***gasp*** teach high school English. If I don¿t loose my courage, I hope to continue my education so I can become an English professor at a community college or university. My degree is in English literature and library science. Who knows, if I wash out as a teacher I can always get a pair of granny glasses and be a librarian.
With four kids and a full time student I have a high level of stress. I blow off steam by going dancing and knocking back a few. When I'm stressed and unable to go out I bury myself in a good book.
