Modine's Story
Patricia - here 'tis in a nutshell.
After graduation from CHS I worked at Bucksteins(where else?) in Chaffee.
Then worked for MA Bell in St. Louis.
When we came to AZ went to work for the ARMY as a Secretary, advancing thru the years to Admin Asst - then worked for the NAVY for 3 years; back to the ARMY as Budget Analyst -took a 3 year tour in Alaska, returned to AZ and retired early - then went into Real Estate and got my Broker's License, when eleigible, and opened my own office. Never really liked Real Estate - too many agents who didn't care how they made their money. ome but only with previous clients or new ones they had recommended. Did a lot of traveling - three trips across the Atlantic to Italy, Greece, Spain, Morocco,(road a donkey on the road to Morocco and a camel in Morocco) Gibralter, England, France, Scotland; one across the Pacific to Austrailia, New Zeland and Tahiti -also drove the Alcan from Alaska; Mexico, Panama, Carribean Isles, a few States in the south and east, many in the west. Now my hubby is not able to travel so doubt we will make trips unless on cruises. I love to cruise but get seasick every time after a few days out. That's pretty much it - turned out to be a big nutshell, huh?
