Mona's Story
Life
I am currently a senior at Oshkosh North High School, I will be graduating June 10, 2003. I leave for active army on August 13, I am headed to Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio Texas. I am going to be an LPN.
School
I went to Roosevelt Elementary for K-5, had Mrs. Schmidtz for K, Mrs. Bendarek for 1st, Mrs. Holms for 2nd, Mrs. Jones for 3rd, Mrs. Cole for 4th/ Mrs. Kilday when mrs. cole was on maternity leave,and Mr. Williams for 5th. Military
I went through BCT with Charlie 2/10 3rd Platoon Outlaws. I had Drill Sgt. Burnam, Drill Sgt. Whiten, and Drill Sgt. Robinson. I had the best time of my life there. I was originally planning on being an admin clerk in the reserves, but i had such a great time at basic that i decided to go active, I am going to be a 91 W M6, wich is a health cares specialist/LPN. I leave for Fort Sam Houston on August 13, 2003.
