Monique's Story
Life
I married Jay Thompson April 2, 1988. We have two healthy son's: Casey and Patrick. We have a female Golden Retriever. We live in a modest home in Dublin, CA. I work part time at a school in Dublin as a Special Educational Aid with three & four year olds. I am actively involved at our church, The Church on the Hill in San Ramon. My husband owns his own handyman business. I help him out whenever I can. I love room makeovers. I enjoy the immediate transitioning. I'm progressively working on our own home. It's looking great! opinion. My parent's live nearby. My dad has Parkinson's. It's progressing slowly and I stay in close contact with them. My oldest sister lives up north while my youngest sister lives over sea's. Distance doesn't matter much because we keep in contact many ways. Although I would love for my sister over sea's to live closer in order for our children to grow up together I settle for what we have. Maybe later but that's a nice dream.
