How Do You Remember Me? I think my classmates would remember me in several ways. I was a very quiet person, and didn't really go out and do things with a lot of people. I didn't really start dating until I was 17, so socially I was a late bloomer. I was never friendless; I considered many people as my friend, especially as we got older and the petty things of elementary school that kept people from hanging out together disappeared. It is nice to go through life without all the petty disagreements and with good friends, of which I hope I am truly considered among my WHS classmates, as you all are considered mine. People I Want To See Again I miss a lot of people. I see many regularly: Stacee McCroskey, Mark and Stacey (Kuhn) Miller, Anna Young, Rebekah Cotter, Heather Ewens, and Kirsten Teal, to name a few. (Even if you guys don't notice me, I do notice you, and apologize for not stopping and saying "Hi". I am usually working when I see you guys and am unable to stop what I am doing. If you ever see me, get my attention so that I will stop what I am doing to do a quick catchup. I would like that.) There are a few, however, I would like to catch up with: Tracie Schafer, Jennifer Shaffer, Wendy Bly, Traci Pittman, Judy Piercy, Brad Willis, Gary Schaffer, Jennifer Ellis, and Simone Geraci. That is just a few people I would like to see again. As far as teachers are concerned, I have only run into Mr. Church, Ms. Creamer, and Mr. Gould. I would like to see Mrs. Gathright-Wilson and Mrs. Igert again. Life The past few years have been busy. Just to update things, my husband now works as a mover and enjoys it very much. I am still at Wal-Mart and have transferred to a different store in Springfield. Our daughter is now finishing up Kindergarten, and our son is 1 year away from it. He is going to begin his 2nd year of Head Start this fall. Both kids are involved in sports at the YMCA, as well as Scouts. Never thought I'd be a Scout or sports mom, but here I am!! All that's missing is the Mini-van, but that will never happen. (Update: Tom has gotten fed up with lazy, drunk bosses, pay raises that only happen when he complains enough and all the drama of working with a relative, so he is now a stay-at-home dad, which he is loving. Since we are staying with his parents, and have done so for the past several years, he is able to do things for his mom while his dad is taking care of his mother down in Ava. We don't have to pay a babysitter or rent/mortgage right now, so this is enabling us to save up for that dream home, which we are still looking for.) Recently, Tom has made baby steps to completing his GED and going back to work, as Jake's epilepsy is very much under control. School I moved around a lot as a farmer's daughter. I started school at Daniel Webster Elementary in Marshfield, then moved to Long Lane right after kindergarten. Half-way through the 2nd grade we moved to Willard, where I stayed and graduated. Those were some of the best times of my life, and I miss everybody that I used to hang out with way back when. College Right after high school I attended Drury (College) University.
