Muriel's Story

When I was at Hampton, I was involved in quite a bit: Delta Sigma Theta, the Hamptonian yearbook, and so many things. It seems like years ago. Being from Virginia, I always wanted to stay there when I graduated. But I ended up in Baltimore, Maryland. I have been a social worker and a community organizer. For many years, I have been a Realtor specializing in helping first time homebuyers and also working in luxury...Expand for more
home sales. I have no thoughts of retirement because I think I would go nuts without helping someone find a home. I like to travel and play my piano. I wish I could say I do something athletic but I was always more cerebral. I try to force myself to exercise but I do love to talk long walks. The world is such a crazy place now. It is hard to comprehend... Would like to connect with some of my fellow Hamptonians.

We went door to door evangelizing today: telling a confused and dying world that God loves you and so do we! Wayland Baptist Church.
