Nancy's Story
Hi! After high school, I attended Empire Business College for two years. When Dave and I got married, we moved to Charleston, SC, because he was in the Air Force. We then moved to Japan for two years before he was released. After 17 years of marriage, we went our separate ways. A few years later, I met my true love, Joe. He was raising his 2 1/2 year old daughter on his own and we became very much mother-daughter very quickly. We are still very close, and she is 28 now, married, and has a darling 4 yr ...Expand for more
old son and 1 yr old daughter. Joe and I will celebrate our 26th anniversary this year, and recently moved to Grants Pass, OR.. We enjoy gardening, working on our house, and cruising. I worked for 40+ years as an executive assistant to various presidents and CEO's of several companies, and retired last year. Never thought I would retire because I loved working so much, but now that I am, I love it. More time with my husband, grandson, and my 86-year old mother who still lives in Sebastopol. Life is good.
