Nancy's Story
Life
Formerly Nancy Barbato, I went to Benedictine Academy and then to Kean College, graduating with a teaching degree. I married my long time love, and next door neighbor Pete Luscombe in 1979, and we are still happily married now. I taught in the Elizabeth Public Schools for 7 years before leaving to stay home with my son, Peter (born 1982 10lbs.8oz!) and eventually my daughter Samantha (born...Expand for more
1990 9lbs.2oz!). Peter is now 6'7"tall and the manager of a Sleepy's Store, and Sammy is in high school and just completed her Girl Scout Gold Award. She's got her driver's permit and may give me a heart attack! I do a lot of volunteer work in the schools and for Girl Scouts, as a Senior Troop leader, an Leader in Training Advisor, an adult Leader trainer and Community Service Team Board member.
