Nancy's Story
Time for an update. My husband and I recently retired to the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country of Kerrville, Texas (one hour northwest of San Antonio). This is definitely a fantastic and affordable place to retire.
We have 7 grandchildren. Our son Mark has 2: Ryan, 6 and Emma, 4 in October. Our son Jeff has 2: Luke, 4 and Kyle, 1. Our daughter Cindy has three: Abby, 8; Rowan, 5; and Jack, 2. All of our children and grandchildren live in...Expand for more
Austin, Texas, within four miles of each other and just two hours away from us. We all love our family get-togethers and try to see each other as often as possible.
That's about it. We're still unpacking boxes in our new home in Kerrville and getting grooved in to our new home town. I know that we are truly going to enjoy this retired life in Kerrville and the many activities it has to offer!!
