Nancy's Story
Life
I'm happily married to Lucas Brewer of Fairborn's class of 1998, with one daughter, Maris Rose-Marie. We live in our newly purchased home in P.A.
School
I grew up in the Fairborn Public School System. Started Kindergarden at East Elemtary School and went through the 6th grade there. Of course no ones misses those 2 dreadful years at Baker Junior High. I graduated from Fairborn High School in January of 1999.
College
I went to Sinclair Communtiy College in 1999 and Majored in Psychology for one semester, before beginging my travels, and my family. Now I have changed my major to Education with a minor in Journalism/Creative Writting, and keep up with my studies via. Online courses or C.L.E.P.'s. I plan to one day become a College Professor and eventually a Novelist.
Workplace
After endless waitressing jobs I finally found something more my style. I am a Manager for Blockbuster. I...Expand for more
t's a very laid back atmosphere, there is still a job to do, but it is easy to get done when everyone is happy and having fun. I still get to interact with lots of people which I love, and for more than Waitress pay! =) I'd have to say that best part is the 5 free movie rentals per week, and being able to rent the movies before the public can =)
Military
Ah a Navy Wife..what a life! It can be fun and definatley interesting, but it's surely not EASY. It was a rough four years of sea-duty before Luke was able to take Shore-duty and move us to a small town in P.A., closer to and alot more like home.
My husband isn't my only affilation with the Military. I did join the Air Force Reserves in 2003, but recieved a Medical Entry Level Seperation =( Yep, that's right, I went through boot camp for nothing!! At least I know how to do an "about face" now..that could come in handy later in life right? =)
