Nancy's Story
My husband and I have been married for 47 years in June '08. We have three children. Oldest son has two daughters, 15 and 13. Younger son has had step-children but is now divorced from their mother. Our daughter has one son who will be two in Nov.
We have traveled to Australia for three weeks for a family wedding in 2001. In 2006 we spent a month traveling and camping in New Zealand. And last year we took a cruise to Alaska and rented a motorhome to do our own tour of Alaska and the Yukon. Our older son and family went with us and...Expand for more
we had a good time. We spent a month in FL this winter with classmate Lynn Dugdale and husband Dave Murray. This summer it's a camping trip to the Maritime Provinces. We've been to the Outer Banks in NC in summer but it's too hot and humid for us.
After 29 years of living in town we bought 10 and a half acres in the country and built a house that is all on one floor. We gave up our Day Sailer a few years ago but have a canoe again. We do bike and like area's where there are "rails to trails" to ride on.
