Nancy's Story

After leaving MS in the late 1960s, I moved to Memphis where I married and had my son before moving to Boston, Massachusetts. I graduated from UMass/Boston(1986)and the New England School of Law (NESL,1989). I then practiced law in Massachusetts for about 17 years before moving to my current home in Alexandria, Virginia. none of my siblings live in Vicksburg, I don't get back there much anymore although we did get together for a "Sibling's Reunion" in Vicksburg in August 2008. We visited Redwood School, Warrent Central, favorite swimming holes, the military park, and all the other old places of childhood and had a great time!! I have very fond memories of my time in Vicksburg and at Redwood and of the people I knew there!!
