I live (and work) in Columbus, OH (as a legal assistant for the past 20 years). (I am still working part time and collecting SS; isn't life great!). Prior to that I lived in Canton and was a paralegal for most of my working years as well as a Federal Courtroom Deputy. (I also managed a bar in Canton "The Draw Bridge" for several years - what a hoot!) In my late twenties I became a cowgirl. Owned a horse (Buster, an Appaloosa) and boarded him at the Stark County Fairgrounds for over two years. Those of you who knew me well - can you imagine me cleaning a horse stall? I was really good at pushing that wheelbarrel too. Also brushed and cleaned horses feet, etc. Dated an equine dentist for awhile. Really! Did love it. In the past (for 25+ years) I had been a member and regional administrator for Sweet Adelines Reg. 17 and the City of Flags Chorus in Canton (barbershop harmony - not unlike Concert Choir in school). Sang briefly with the Scioto Valley Chorus here in Columbus. Because of this barbershop connection I have traveled most of the major cities in the US and Canada. I have met and am friends with many of them still today. Great folks. I have never been married and I have no children (lots of great-nephew...Expand for more
