Nancy's Story
Well I was the a short, chubby, plain Jane type back in school and I guess you'd say that In my old age (58 yrs.) I am reverting back to that again. lol Well anyway, that is what my kids tell me. They say I am to old to remember what it was like to be a teen and want to wear make-up and want to date and look nice for the boys. They don't get that I do remember and that is why I won't let them.
I am a retired stay at home mom of 10 kids (2 biological adult kids no longer at home, & 8 adopted children ranging from 7 yr old twin girls to a 17 year old daughter.). With 7 women in the house, my...Expand for more
two 8 yr old son don't have a prayer. But all those girls don't scare the boys or each other a bit, they still fight like cat's & dogs which is what saves me the work & money of having to go out and purchase or take care of pets. lol. Who needs a watch dog when you have mean kids, right?
We lived & played in Simi Valley, Palmdale & Lancaster, Ca for years and after a nasty divorce where I lost everything to a lying, cheating, snake of a third husband (LOL), The kids and I bought a house and started over in Victorville, Ca and are now living happily ever after for the last for 8 yrs.
