Nancy's Story
Life: I am still alive: 5/10/2016
Moved from Milton, MA to Norton in 1953/54. Have been residing in Taunton since Oct. 1965.
I was involved with volunteering and fostering animals from the Taunton Animal Shelter. Now I've slowed down in that area. My home is run by my 1 dog and 2 cats...
As there is no area for "other" I just want to say my sister Phyllis' 3 daughters are all grown up and they are beautiful and have families of their own. Phyllis would be proud of them. Actually her oldest daughter's eldest son got married on 6/20/2015 out in Idaho. His sister Heather just graduated from 'Boise State University' May 7, 2016.
College
I attended Fisher Junior College and became a certified Medical Assistant in 1983 with a GPA of 3.94
I returned to Fisher College and took 5 different computer classes in the early 90's. I totally ...Expand for more
blanked out on my final for "Lotus 1 2 3". I was carrying an "A" but I do not think I was able to answer even 2 or 3 questions on the final.. brought my GPA down to 3.88 My mind just went totally blank...
Made me think of when my sister Phyllis was on stage in the gym for the TV Talent Scout show and she was supposed to sing "Mommy's little baby loved shortnen bread" and she just stood there and nothing came out.....
I was 'Pockets the Clown for about 20 years, 17 of them at the Charlie Horse in W. Bridgewater. Now I am semi-retired. My most recent jobs involve babysitting... being as I LOVE children; I totally enjoy doing so. <3
