Nancy's Story
Nancy is married to Rodger Carroll. Rodger is a Mechanical Engineer working at Fort Detrick, Frederick MD. They have one son who is 11 years old. Nancy's attended Manoa Elementary School. and Haverford HS (1969). Nancy later attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (Elementary Education with a special education minor, BA), Gallaudet University, (Deaf Education (Multi Handicapped Deaf) , M.A. and American University, (Counseling and Student Development with a Global Education minor) Ed.D. Assistant Dean for the Graduate School with 32 years service. What an amazing career!!! Nancy also is an ordained Minister at the Institute for Spiritual Development in Washington, DC. Although on in active status with her church, she occasionally officiates at weddings.
