Hi guys. When we were in high school, I was a big dork, and not a lot of you liked me. I was terribly insecure and mostly hoped to get through each day and not embarrass myself too badly. Now, I am very secure in who and what I am. I may not always make my opinions known, but I definitely have some. I spent 16 years as an RN, and got over my shyness and learned to stand up for myself. My first marriage ended in divorce after 10 years, and I remarried 2 years later. My second husband was a college professor, but is now retired. We have been married almost 22 years now. We moved around a bit with his jobs at different schools. We lived in AL, OK, IN,and NC where he is from and where we now live. Much of our county is in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and it is beautiful here. We have wonderful views of the mountains to our south and to the north.
