Nancy's Story
I am an Associate Professor of Music Theory at Florida State University, where my husband (Michael Buchler) and I were finally able to find jobs together. We are happy to be living in Tallahassee with our cats. Although I enjoyed all of my previous jobs a lot, I do not miss my days as an academic nomad (teaching on the faculties of Northwestern University, the University of Iowa, and Lawrence University).
