Nancy's Story

Life is full. Have raised three kids, now 27, 28 & 29. Married to the most incredible man I've ever met... been together 22 years. We live in Redding where I own a yoga studio and he two walk-in clinics. I teach yoga as well as provide privte yoga therapy. But my heart strings are deeply attached to two beautiful, funny and oh so precious, granddaughters who live just a few minutes away. My husband and I travel to Jamai...Expand for more
ca several times each year where I teach yoga and we play. Life is the most amazing journey! Savor each day! I always wanted to be a Nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a perfect idea. As it turns out, they were right. Since doing yoga now for 14 years, real stress is a non-issue. Yoga has taught me to stay strong in my body, mind and heart and to find the lesson in all situations. Life is a Gift.
