Life
2008 - I'm living my life's dream as a teacher... something I've wanted to do since I was in Mr. Alger's sixth grade class at Longfellow Elementary School on the south side of Binghamton. I've been teaching (sixth grade!) at Randall Elementary School in Cortland, NY for 23 years. I am also an adjunct lecturer at SUNY Cortland in the Mathematics Department. 2023 - I retired from teaching in 2015. Now I wonder when I ever had time to work! 😊 I keep busy with my precious grandchildren, quilting, therapy dog work with my 2 black labs, and creating products for a more sustainable lifestyle through my small business, countryside herbals.
