Nancy's Story
I can't believe it's been over 20 years since I was last at Calvary Academy. So much has happened in my life since then. I found my husband on the internet in 2001. Crazy way to meet someone, but it worked. He's the best thing that's ever happened to me. The second best is our daughter, Savanna. It's strange to see yourself in someone else... all your strengths and faults, but it's also wonderful having a little person in your life that makes you smile every day.
Our daughter just turned 3, and my hubby is a stay-at-home dad. I'm glad he likes to stay with her, because she and I are both stubborn, and I'd go crazy at home with her all day. I'm also someone who needs to keep b...Expand for more
usy. I'm in investment banking, and I love it. I work at a firm in downtown Chicago. I just changed jobs a year and a half ago. I was in advertising for 16 years, and I just got burned out on it. Investment banking is much more exciting.
As for my family, Rob and Christy moved to Arizona a few years ago, as did my parents. They all live near Phoenix. Christy is single and lives in Mesa. I'm dying to go out there for a visit around the time the Cubs are in Spring Training. Kevin lives in Indiana with his wife, Jennifer, and they have no kids yet. Rob's story needs to be told by him. It would take too long.
