Nancye 's Story
Let's see... I went to college for a year, took a gap year and during that time met the love of my life and got married at 23. I have a son named Adam who is 23 and lives in Atlanta and my daughter, Lauren is a Teller Manager at Wachovia in Greenville, NC. She's 22.
Husband #1 wasn't my soul mate after all, so I found the love of my life 2.0 while working on the Board of Directors at the Forsyth Humane Society (it's a no kill facility). We moved to Atlanta for a few years where I worked as a Paralegal and loved it!
In 1995, we moved to Boston for Hubby #2's promotion and stayed there for alnost 2 years. It was beautiful and I learned a lot, but I was really homesick.
We moved backed to Atlanta in 1997 and I ended up taking a b...Expand for more
ack seat to his career. We lasted until 2001.
Enter Husband #3. He's in my pic. He looks so young, I made him show me his ID to prove he was the age he told me. We've been together ever since and although we drive each other bonkers, I love him and think he's a keeper!
Since 2000, I've worked for Ralph Lauren. I found that to be tremendously rewarding and I just had my 8th Anniversary there this month.
My mom and dad are having some health problems, but they're hanging in there!
My favorite places to be are Reynolda Gardens (like a slice of heaven), Old Salem and the beach.
I still keep in touch with my closest friends from Reynolds except for a few I would like to reconnect with. 30 years since graduation is unbelievable!!
