Nathan's Story
School
We moved around a lot when I was a kid, so I never really felt "rooted"
anywhere in particular. I kind of think of the Highland School system in Morrow County as my home school because I spent six years there.
Believe it or not, I never dated in school, although I secretly wanted to. The thought of asking a girl out paralyzed me. I didn't actually go on my first date until I was 19! I don't really regret it, I guess, because I was spared a lot of High School...Expand for more
B.S. and was able to focus on learning, which I love.
College
It's kinda funny, really. I went to college for one quarter and took ancient greek (long story). I had absolutely no money to continue, and wasn't responsible enough in high school to take the PSAT or apply for grants or loans or whatever, so I just worked for a living as a phototypesetter (sad).
A few years later, I got more heavily into computers and they have been the mainstay of my job ever since.
