Nathan's Story
Life
After high school, I was going to San Bernardino Valley College and worked part-time at the Blue Jay Theater. After I graduated from SBVC, I transferred to Cal State Fullerton. But then I decided to be a missionary for the LDS Church. I served for two years in the Montana Billings Mission.
When I finished my mission, I pursued my education at Arizona State University, in Tempe Arizona. Meanwhile, I began a part-time job at the Sky Harbor airport with Federal Express. After 3 years...Expand for more
, I graduated with a B.A. in English Literature. By that time, I had been so sick of school, I decided to work full-time before I pursued a graduate program. I accepted a F/T courier position in Montana, and became a delivery driver.
After two years, I'm ready to get back to school and go for my Master's. But Billings, Montana didn't have the graduate programs suited for me. I recently moved to Salt Lake City. I'm still driving for FedEx, and patiently waiting to get in-state residency.
