Monique's Story
I've been pretty busy these last few years, my how they fly by! I have five kids . . . Who would have guessed, ha, ha, ha! Anyhow, I live in sunny California, where it's pretty nice year round. They still don't appreciate a good rain! My husband and I (David from California, remember him?) I work at Stanford University, I never thought I would ever step foot on a University, after all it wasn't very well promoted at Elphie! third son is a football and basketball player. Fourth child is a daughter, the one and only, she is in grade 6 and plays competitive volleyball. The last son is in grade one, he loves baseball. All kids are very active in Boy Scouts, community service etc. and are all in private schools. We make the annual trek up to the Coast almost every year, my husband loves it, the kids have come to appreciate it. It is a pretty nice slice of paradise, for the ones who do make the 2000 mile roundtrip every year or so! I would love to see a 25 year reunion in 2010.
