Niel N Ielson:  

Niel is from Mesa, Arizona. After High School graduation, served a mission for the Mormon church in the State of Florida. After his mission he married Julie Conrad from Spokane, WA. His schools include Mesa High School and later attended Brigham Young University (Business), Boston University (Project Management), University of Washington (Construction Management, Project Management), Arizona State University (Business, Management, and Finance). He works(ed) at NFN Homes, Fortis Networks, United States Army Corps of Engineers and the State of Arizona. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University, a CMC-Construction Management Certification, a PMC-Project Management Certification and earned a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Niel is currently retired, but continues to work for the love of working. Niel owned and operated his own business as a licensed general contractor/builder/ real estate developer for 30 years. He retired in 2006 and went to work for the US Army Corps of Engineers during the SBI border fence project as the deputy administrator over the fence project. He worked in federal government DOD contracting until 2015. He currently works for the State of Arizona as a Contract Manager/Administrator for the Arizona Department of Economic Security in downtown Phoenix, AZ.
