Trasey's Story
Joined the Marines one month after graduation. Enjoyed the luxuries of Parris Island for 13 weeks. Then was stationed in Virginia Beach, Va. Met a wonderful man and married him shortly thereafter in 1991. Retired from the military with an injury and followed my husband to El Toro, Ca. Moved back to Florida a few years later. Started our family in 1993. Added to the family in 1995 and 1997. Now the mom of three teens and keeping in close contact with Ms. Clariol! Went to school and became a Medical Assistant. s and then just worked chasing doctors for a few years. Became an instructor last year for a local technical college. Between my husband of 18 years and my three boys...plus working four 14 hour days....I stay pretty busy.
Our family has been active members of a civil war reenacting group for nearly 10 years. I portray a 1st LT Assistant Surgeon and my husband is the Chief of Staff (Major), the Sgt. Major, and or the bugler...depending on which event we go to.
I spent the last years being a mom, a nurse, a historian, and loving life.
