Nikki's Story
Life
I am a mother to one daughter and the CEO of Noir Success, and elite Personal Management & Innovative Event Planning Company in New York City. I'm truly blessed to be employed, 5 years, as the Talent & Creative Service Director for 3 of the biggest radio stations in New York City. Yes, I work loooong hours. Being truly blessed to work for Hot 97 the #1 stations in Hip Hop, 98.7 Kiss Fm Old School R&B, and CD101.9 Smooth Jazz your never really off the clock. As the Talent & Creative Service Director, one of my biggest jobs is to be the talent booker for all of the on-air station personnel, with the majority of the staff being well known celebrities.

t in 1999 and decided to return to college and make sure I understand the business side of entertainment. I graduated with honors from The City University of New York (CUNYBA) with Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources and continued at Baruch College to complete a double Master's in Corporate Communications (MS) and MBA in Management/Organizational Behavior Human Resource Management. Armed with my degrees, great internships, and a gift to gab I set out to work with the Big Boys of the industry.
Even though I am not where I want to be, I am well known and respected as a rising star within the industry. It is a lot of hard work to make it as a women in this field and demand respect as you work your walk, but I am doing it! The town of Port St. Joe and my family armed me with more knowledge than I will probably ever use but, grateful to have.
