Nona's Story
Life
After school I got married to Dennis Keller, we stayed together for 9 yrs and had 4 kids: Nona, Sandy, April and Dennis. Well after the devorice he took off and left me to raise the kids alone. So I did the best I could.
Then in 1994 I meet a man named James Atherton we both worked at the same place and start dating we moved in together and he has been wonderful with my kids and my 3 grandkids Tyler 6, Devon 3, and Shylo 6 months. So after 13 years together we finally got married on October 31,2007. We now live in Owensboro, KY.
I work in a bottling factory, where I go home everynight hoping I don't get pulled over because I smell like whiskey, or somother kind of booze.
My last child has now turned 18 so now I ready to find out what its like to have the empty nest feeling. I am very lucky I'm now married to a wonderful man and I have a very close relationship with all my children and my grandson all three love comming to my house. . My oldest child Lisa is raising two kids and putting herself thru school, and works full time,and still finds time to let Tyler do his sports thing.
Sandy has no kids yet but she lives up by Seattle WA and is working for electric company up there and they are sending her to school to become an accountant . I miss her a lot and wish she was closer to home, but I'm looking forward to go to see her in the near furture.
April my youngest has one son Devon and boy does she have her hands full with him, he has enough energy to power a city if we could harness his energy. She is a dental assistant, she works in braces. She lives near by with her husband who installs flooring, they own their own home.
Jerry is my youngest and has just finished high school. and has not decided what he want to do yet. He looking for a job that is earth friendly he to help save the earth. Which I am very proud of him for this. The earth need to be saved and evey person needs to do their part.
