Noreen's Story
Currently, I am President and CEO of Cape Medical-Legal Consulting, a Medical and Nursing malpractice firm. I also teach Legal aspects of Medicine and Nursing at a local college.
Very happily married to Dr. Mark Sisko.
The mom of 4 great kids, married twin daughters, Katie Starn (35), a Special Education Teacher, living in Pennsville, NJ with husband, Patrick. And Kristy Wallace(35), who lives in Brooklyn, NY with husband, Jake. Amy Beth(32) who lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia, and Ryan Mark (29), who lives and works in Cape May Court House,New Jersey.
Grandmom of 3 little boys. Aiden Patrick Starn (10), Connor Mark Starn (7) and, Benjamin Robert Wallace. Also, we were blessed with our first grand daughter, Morgan Ava Wallace in February 2013 .
Very active with the Multiple Sclerosis Society, as I was diagnosed with MS in 1998. A life altering disease, I have vowed not to "alter" MY life!!

My professional history includes both Clinical and Academic sectors. I was formerly a College Administrator, Division Chairperson for Health & Biological Sciences, Director of Nursing Education and Associate Professor at a local college, and also served as the Director of Maternal Child Health of a local Medical Center in the early 1980's. As a new graduate RN, I worked in the Labor & Delivery Room at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Paterson, NJ.
I have been married for 37 years to Mark Sisko.
My graduate degrees are a Master's in Perinatal Nursing & Human Sexuality, and a PhD in Administration.
In my leisure, I enjoy cooking and entertaining, and love to travel, especially to Europe.
Most friends will remember me as one who has a quick wit, a genuine friend, with whom one can confide and often the life of the party!!
