Life
What can I say? I am old...but you are too.
I finished my BA and MA at the University of Wyoming, go Pokes, and my Doctorate at University of Washington. I spent 28 years teaching and administering special education in public schools and last year moved to Tucson, Arizona to work for the Arizona State Dept of Education. I got tired of the rain in Western Washington. I am married (2nd time) and have 4 grown children, Greg, a sportswriter for the Seattle Times, Justin, used car manager at Hood River Dodge, Hood River, Oregon, Stephanie, medical marketing at Relax the Back in Phoenix, ...Expand for more
and Lauren, selling real estate in Phoenix. All have finished college. Stephanie and Justin are getting married this summer (not to each other) and Lauren is already married. I still enjoy life, playing a lot of tennis, getting back into golf and exercising daily.
Military
Yuk! 2 Years in the army after being drafted, 1 year, 1 day and 10 hours in Viet Nam...but I learned soooooo much about myself...made some lifelong great friends, lost some friends too. Basic Training sucked, army had horrible leaders, didn't take talent, took time on the job only...Glad that wasn't my career choice
