Oliver's Story
Life
I'm divorced and have three great kids two boy's and a girl ranging from 13 to 17, my daughter being the youngest. They are very good students and have a large number of friends. All have been active in soccer, lacrosse, softball or karate. In fact the eldest was in England & Scotland the past two summers training with Dundee and Sheffield. I'm extremely proud of them all.
In 1983 I began seriously studying Karate (Wado-Kai) and recieved my Black Belt in 89' by 96' I had graded to Second Dan, competed at the Nationals a few times, Provincials in both Ontario and BC and travelled to Tokyo to compete. I had also spent two years at University before joining the Military.
I currently live in Victoria, BC and have a three year old Golden Retriever named "Jake".

Both my folks, two brothers and sister live around the Niagara Peninsula so I get back as often as possible.
Military
I recently retired out of the military as a Petty Officer. However while in, I was able to take advantage of some excellent courses and travel the world, visiting such places as Dubai, Muscat, Egypt, Panama, Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, Korea, Thailand, Japan, not to mention many of the states throughout America including Hawaii, Alaska and Puarto Rico. Some of these locations many times over. My job entailed gathering Inteligence and Weapons operations. Secondary duties included Diver and Boarding Team instructor (Hand to Hand combat). Recieved the Canadian Decoration, Special Service Medal ( Gulf ) and Canadian Peacekeeping Service Medal.
