a Master's degree in biology and chemistry in 1970. In 1978 I began my studies at the Univeresity of Florida and was awarded a doctorate degree in 1982. I have been a high school teacher, assistant principal, vice principal and principal. I am now an associate professor of education At Barry University in Maim Shores, Florida.
