Pamela's Story

Life On June 1, 2003, I married Jeff Mosher. He is a wonderful man from South Jersey. He spent 20 years serving our country in the US Navy. Those of you that know me, realize that I love sailors. I am divorced from two. I was young and dumb. I am currently a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters in Norfolk, VA. I graduated from Tidewater Community College Summa Cum Laude on May 9, 2008. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa and Lambda Beta Honor Societies. Prior to that I taught for almost four years and returned to banking for a short time. Jeff and I have no children but are considering adopting soon. We are also looking forward to buying a condo by the end of 2008 or early in 2009. We do have two cats. Xander and Dasha are litter mates that we adopted when they were 8 weeks old. They are spoiled rotten but they make us laugh. I still read all the time and draw from time to time. I have become a scrapbooking junkie but never have the time to do it! I also enjoy doing needlework but don't have the time to do it often, I am still working on a big project I started in 2002 (LOL). Jeff and I love to go to the movies and eat out. I love figure skating! I go figure skating from time to time but the knees are gone. I still love to watch it though. My parents are still living in PA. Mom really wants to move down here but she is having a tough time prying my Dad out of his recliner. Plus he isn't ready to sell since it is a buyers market. Jeff and I have a small circle of friends and family spread out all over the country. W...Expand for more
e hope to buy an RV and spend our summers visiting them all. I enjoy living in VA but I still miss some things about PA. You can't find a good soft pretzel down here. My cheesesteak family sold out on me and the new family just can not make a Philly steak. So Jeff and I suffer until we make a speed run north. I don't miss shoveling snow! It is pretty to look at but I can live without it. I miss hearing from my old friends, too. Moving around over the last 20 years, I have managed to lose touch with almost everyone. That is why Judy (Hunter) Strominger is the best. She has visited me and keeps in touch. Workplace Wow, my work Bio is so long.... so here is a condensed version... Cashier at a grocery store, mail sorter for a large magazine printer, cashier at a grocery store, video store clerk, pizza delivery driver, telephone order taker, video store clerk, drive-thru crew trainer at McDonalds, driving instructor, video store clerk, car wash gofer, demonstator for a grocery store, bank teller, book store clerk, lender and broker, collections, fifth grade teacher, a gymboree teacher, a substitute teacher, a tutor, a head bank teller, homemaker, full time college student and a registered respiratory therapist at a children's hospital. Military Just a Navy wife, sent the boyfriend off to boot camp, got engaged after that... married a year and divorced. Second husband went out to sea 7 times during our marriage. He ran off with the office bimbo after he was a civilian. Did the whole retirement ceremony with husband #3. I have a thing for guys in cracker jacks.
