Life
I guess I have learned a lot about myself since high school. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted out of life and I was so scared when things didn't turn out how I imagined after my sophomore year at UST. I lost half of my scholarship then and I thought the world was going to come to an end because of it...it obviously didn't. It took that to make me realize I couldn't stand the place. ST, I went to San Jac and became a paramedic which changed my life drastically. I never knew it could be so normal to work 24, 36 or even 60 hour shifts and still function. I love my job and the fact that I get to help people every day, but unfortunately it doesn't pay much so I am pursuing my RN through a Paramedic-RN transition program. I am looking forward to sleeping again at night and spending more time with my son and my husband.
