Pat's Story
Life
Hi fellow Tucker Tigers!
After high school I received my BA cum laude from LaGrange College. I double majored in Social Work and Theatre with a minor in Physical Education. I taught modern jazz dancing at the college as part of the curriculum. I then obtained my MSW from UGA summa cum laude in 1975.
I was a psychotherapist specializing in psychiatry then in 1987 began a private practice specializing in pet bereavement counseling. I have taught at Mercer ...Expand for more
Univ and Ga. State as well. I enjoy educating and teaching people about the importance of the human-animal bond. I am published though I have not written my book on Pet Loss as yet- that is all that remains on my professional agenda 'to do' list! I am involved in animal rights, community advocacy, and multiple charity work. I also run several internet support groups.
