Sorry for the confusion. About me: I'm married 17 years to Carl and have one son, Eric, who is 32. I was married for 8 years and single again for 10. Eric and I moved south in 1986. 3 years later I met my 2nd husband and moved to the midwest a 1 1/2 years later. I went to DePaul to finish my degree and taught school for a while there. Before, during and after that I've been involved in different aspects of real estate. Now I don't work but occassionally I'll pick up a place, fix it up and sell it. 10 years into our marriage we bought a villa in del ray and downsized in the midwest a year later. Almost 2 years ago we sold the villa and bought a house in just north of the college in boy--- b.
