Life
Hi everyone! I've missed you all! It's great to be in contact again, & it doesn't even seem like so many years have gone by! I can remember my days at Snyder like it was yesterday, yes those were the days! You'll notice I signed my name Patty on this homepage, but not to worry I'm still Pat too! Since graduating from RCA School of Engineering, my career in the field has continually advanced. My first job was at Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, N.J. as an Engineering Assistant in the multiplexer group. Next it was on to Control Data Corporation (CDC) as a Field Engineer in N.J., later transferring with CDC to Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale, CA in 1978, & accepting a position as a 3rd Party Maintenance Engineering Manager. n Santa Clara, CA as a Product Assurance Engineer. Since then I've worked on 3 Space communications Programs Milstar, DSCS & now SBIRS. For Mistar & DSCS, I was involved from design & development through assembly & test & launch at the Cape. I am now a Product Assurance Engineering Specialist Senior & Group Lead for the SBIRS Program. I have been married since 1984, & have 1 child, a boy Evan. We live in the East Bay Hills, over looking San Franciso, Oakland, Berkeley & the West Bay area. Evan is 17 yrs old, 6' tall, blue eyes, dirty blonde hair, an honor student, plays some piano, loves to design things, & is the goalie on a traveling ice hockey team called the California Northstars.
