Patrice's Story
Life
I live near Webster, WI with my husband Bryan. My 3 children, Nick-23, Erin-26, and Danielle-28 are all out of the house and on their own. My oldest daughter is married with a 8 year old daughter (Elizabeth)and a 1-1/2 year old boy Brody. I "LOVE" being a Grandmother. Our son-in-law graduated with an Engineering Degree. They all live near Green Bay, WI. My middle daughter, Erin is working taking care of mentally handicapped adults. Very challenging, but very rewarding as well. She isn't quite sure what she wants to be when she grows up. She may take some classes down the road to change careers. Good for her to not "settle". My youngest son, Nick is working at an outfit that builds cell phone towers. The highest he climbed was 450 feet! Yikes! He's apprenticing at his job to become a Journyman Electrician. I'm glad he has worked so hard. He really wants to attain the goal of being an Electrician and he's working towards that goal. I'm very proud of all my children. We recently closed our trucking company which was very difficult but necessary. My husband was a commercial carpenter and a residential carpenter and he has been keeping ...Expand for more
busy doing his trade. I've been doing office work most of my life and I'll continue to do so. I am currently our township's Clerk. That is a very involved position and I am learning much about how a municipality runs things. We enjoy our house which is situated on 80 acres here in NW Wisconsin. We have a few small ponds near our house and you can hear the frogs singing every Spring and Summer. The geese and ducks enjoy those spots. We have 2 chocolate labs and a miniature pinscher that was my daughter's and now he's ours. He thinks he's a lab. Kind of funny. Bryan and I are active in our local gun club. We enjoy Trap Shooting and participate in the local shoots as well as our league shoots. We are into deer hunting and bird hunting. Although, I might say the bird population of grouse and pheasant has been slow to increase. I am afraid that our labs will be "old dogs" before they get the joy of flushing grouse in huge numbers. We both really enjoy our time here with our family and our "woods". If you get the chance, drop me a line. I would love to hear from you! I had so many fond memories in High School! Thanks for being part of them!
