Patricia's Story
Life
After graduation I joining the Air Force and spent 20 years in Panama City, FL The Netherlands, Alexandria VA, Dover DE and then MacDill AFB in Tampa where I retired.
I'm am Human Resources Manager
After retirement I worked for a year for Tech Data Corporation in Clearwater FL, then my dad died from Non-Hopkins Lymphoma in November 1995.
I then began working for Franklin Templeton Investments, where I got my Series Six license (which enable me to sell investments) however I became the accounting trainer instead. I also became a major player on a conversion team to covert to a new accounting system and for four years was a system analyst and trainer.
I moved to the Events department as Manager and after two years and 9/11 we were downsized and I was out of work.
I became Order Fulfillment Manager for Rosetta Technologies for two years and back to Government Contracting accounting working for Advanced C4 Solutions and Venatore.
I started my own Resource Consulting firm Dunagan Resource Consulting Inc. I consult on Business Accounting, Human Resources and Events Planning for small companies.

I have been married for 29 years to John Dunagan, whom I met in the Netherlands, but he's from San Diego CA. We have two beautiful children. Lance, 25 who recently started his own business promoting local country entertainers. He is a full time student at USF majoring in Marketing, and as a side line he cleans Condos. Alicia, my daughter will be 16 in August, She is my angel (sure hope that does change) She keeps me busy with Girl Scouts, School and her friends. She is a talented Amine artist and a straight A student.
My Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College and I have my PHR Professional Human Resources certificate from the University of South Florida (USF) here in Tampa is a big help in setting me up with all the skills need to run my small business.
Life highlight: nothing compares so far to having to opportunity to work at the Altantis Resort in Nassau in the Bahamas and getting to interview Sir John Templeton, the founder of the Templeton Mutual funds who recently died at the age of 93. The world will miss this great man.
