Patricia's Story
Life
I graduated from Ojai Valley School in 1981. I graduated from Whittier College in 1987 where I was a Whittier Scholar. My BA is in Child Welfare. I received my Masters Degree in 1993 in Human Behavior from National University. I am completing a Phd in Child Psychology from Southern California University.
I worked as a Child Abuse Investigator for a while for the County of Los Angeles. I am also a teacher and have taught Spanish 1-4 and English as a Foreign Language here in California, in South Korea and Barcelona, Spain. I have a background working with the developmentally di...Expand for more

School
If I could change anything from high school; I would change the fact that I was not out going and was so afraid of everything and everyone. I have gotten in touch with some of my classmates and have found that those that I was afraid of had normal problems just like I did.
College
College was the best thing that ever happened to me. I would not change a thing about it except maybe to get a little more motivated to hurry up and finish this Phd!!!
