After working 39+ years with the state, I retired in June 2010 as the Library Director of Ohio University Eastern. It was interesting but the last few years convinced me it was time to leave. e University Of Thessalonike (Salonica) as the visiting Library Director of the English Department Library. It was part of an exchange program between KSU and the University. It was quite an experience and gave me a chance to visit Turkey, England, Austria and Switzerland before all the turmoil. Got to go to Yugoslavia while it was still a whole country.
