Patricia's Story
Life
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1985 and widowed the same year. I am the great grandmother of a wonderful baby boy, thanks to my oldest granddaughter. I enjoy dog shows both holding them and showing my American Pit Bull Terriers. Memorial day weekend of 2002 I was in Overland Park/Merriam/Shawnee for my niece's wedding. I went to the house where I lived on 66th Street from Spring, 1955 to April, 1961 and was warmly welcomed by the current residents. Walked the backyard and the house where I had lived. month old daughter. The visit to my former home would have been worth the trip even without the wedding.
Moved from Denton, TX to Bremerton, Washington on the 25th of August of 2011. Now have 3 great grandsons. My father, Olen F Orr died on the 12th of December 2010. He was again living in Overland Park, Kansas. My youngest son, Frank, and his family live here in Bremerton. After years in the south and all that warm weather, I've changed it for the north and all this cold weather. Bremerton is west of Seattle. Hope all of you are well. I have fond memories of you.
