Life
Hi there fellow classmates. Where did the years go? After high school, I spent a year at O'Sullivan Business College in Montreal and began working as a secretary. For the next 6 years, I alternated jobs between Montreal and Edmonton, where my sister lived, ultimately moving to the land of oil and honey (Alberta!) in 1974. I landed a job in Personnel with one of the oil companies where I spent my career. Toronto and transferred to Vancouver in the late 1980s. I absolutely love the coast. It was where I was meant to be.
I married late in life at age 44 (probably saved myself a couple of divorces!). My husband is a biologist and an outdoorsman and we love exploring the beauty of this sacred province in our tiny motorhome. We both enjoy wine and it becomes the focus of our semi-annual trips to the Okanagan. We have an eclectic circle of wonderful friends and life is very good.
